SELF TAUGHT GRAPHIC DESIGN – HEAVEN OR HELL

Being in industry for almost 10 years, I've stumbled upon many challenges of being a self educated graphic designer.Started as a playing around in Photoshop, now I am full time graphic designer at online company and also owner of small business called IamLoudness, personal poster shop and blog. Brand is more than a name and symbol. A brand is created and influenced by people, visuals, culture, style, perception, words, messages, PR, opinions, news media and especially social media. Branding is an important marketing tool used to stimulate recognition. When a product, service, person or place is branded, it develops a personality and a reputation. A successful branding campaign results in a name, design, logo or other recognizable symbol that stands out among its competitors.

GOOGLE DOODLES

Google doodles are special, artistically styled versions of Google logo. First one was designed by Google's founders, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. In 1998 when Google was still young (it was so young it had an exclamation mark in it’s logo), it’s founders needed a way to let people know they are away from office, on the Burning Man festival. Response of the community was overwhelming, so by the year 2000 they appointed Google's chief doodler and today there Is a large team of people behind designing new doodles, they are called “Doodlers”. Since 1998 they created over 2000 doodles.
